- Day 12 Menu -
Breakfast Shake: - 2 scoops SP Complete powder - 1/4 cup of papaya - 1/3 of a frozen banana - 1/4 of a sweet potato - 1/2 cup of organic, unsweetened coconut milk - blended with water to desired consistency Lunch: - Green salad with homemade balsamic dijon mustard Snack: - Cherry tomatoes, radishes and baby carrots - Homemade red lentil garlic hummus Dinner: - 4 oz broiled salmon - 1/2 cup quinoa - Sweet potato, kale, and onion curry Evening Shake: - 2 scoops SP Complete powder - 1 cup of spinach - 1/4 cup of frozen tart cherries - 1/2 of a Granny Smith apple - blended with water to desired consistency
